About Tiffany
I provide private household support for busy individuals and families who need capable, trustworthy help keeping life running smoothly behind the scenes.
Today, I work as a private family assistant, household support specialist, home manager, and occasional nanny/babysitter for a small group of private clients in San Francisco. My work can include household resets, organization, errands, shopping, meal prep, light cleaning, childcare support, vendor coordination, travel preparation, event support, and helping manage the countless moving pieces of a busy home and demanding schedule.
In simple terms: I help people buy back time, reduce stress, and keep their homes functioning well.
Much of my career before launching Tiffany Helps Out was spent in hospitality, fine dining, luxury wine, and high-level client service, where details mattered, expectations were high, and things simply had to run exceptionally well.
I spent over 20 years working in some of California’s most demanding and high-performing environments, including fine dining restaurants, luxury private events, premium wineries, and high-end hospitality groups.
My experience has included opening and operating restaurants, consulting on hospitality concepts, helping bring premium wine brands to market, managing elevated guest experiences, and executing private dinners and events where precision, timing, discretion, and exceptional service were non-negotiable.
I worked both front-of-house and behind the scenes, which taught me something that still defines how I work today: great service is rarely loud or flashy. It comes from awareness, preparation, consistency, and the ability to anticipate needs before they become problems.
That philosophy is now the foundation of THO.
Many of the clients I support are balancing demanding careers, long hours, children, travel, and nonstop decision-making. They do not need more chaos, more micromanagement, or another person creating work for them.
They need calm, competent support from someone who can step in, quickly understand how things run, and help life feel lighter.
That is what I do.
I intentionally keep my client roster small so I can provide thoughtful, flexible, highly personalized support. My clients value discretion, strong judgment, reliability, warmth, and a high level of trust.
Clients often describe me as calm, capable, intuitive, discreet, and easy to have in their home. I bring high standards, strong instincts, good energy, and genuine care to the work I do.
At the heart of it, my work is about creating relief.
